A Diamond made from the Ashes
First the cremation of the deceased is needed. The ashes have a carbon content of 30%. Thus several diamonds can be made from nearly 2kg of ashes. Because not all the ashes are needed, the remaining ashes can be buried in a traditional way. By using a special process the carbon is seperated from the ashes and in the next step the natural formation of diamonds is simulated. By the use of a certain grinding method a wonderful memento is produced from the remains of the beloved deceased. There are several types of grinding available.
